In July 2019, MiTek launched its Homebuilder Solutions Division (HBS) to help provide solutions for the unique challenges that face our clients in the residential construction market. Not only have we expanded our HBS team, but we’ve updated our support channels to improve response times for our valued clients.
We now have one support phone number to make it easier to reach MiTek support for assistance: 888-757-1991. Our representatives are available Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Central Time to answer your questions and provide help.
Additionally, the MiTek knowledge base has been redesigned to include Homebuilder Solutions software products, allowing all MiTek software customers to quickly and easily find the information they need to answer questions and resolve issues. BuilderMT customers: we are in the process of adding BuilderMT content to the Knowledge Base, but this content is not yet available. Watch for an email from MiTek when the content is live on the site. Until then, please continue to use the existing BuilderMT knowledge bases available to you.

When you access the new site, you will have the option to view public content if you are not logged in. This public-facing area of the support site provides access to MiTek University, along with multiple training opportunities.
Site users have access to data related to their specific software, making it easier to find what they need.
Site users can quickly view popular, new and updated articles at the bottom of each page.
The updated search functionality allows new filtering options for improved search results.
- You can now filter by product and relevance, last updated, newest and popularity.
- We have added breadcrumb links and a hamburger menu to improve the site navigation experience.
- Tags have been utilized throughout the site to allow you to easily find related content on topics. You can easily save, print and email content as well using icons beside each title.
- You can also browse by application and topic, and you have the option to subscribe to folders to be alerted to new content based on your preferences.
The Knowledge Base also features frequently updated software downloads, technical articles, and additional relevant information.
